That Road Trip to Mexico
Four friends cruise into sunny Mexico in their VW camper van. On their way further south towards Guatemala, money issues and unexpected events sew divisions amongst the group: in Taxco, the lone female drifts away from her traveling mate, and shortly afterwards, when they get to the coast, one of the four disappears.
As criminal encounters and further incidents lead to additional problems, the reality of conditions in the south begins to undermine their survival. They have been witnesses to the everyday hardship, poverty and death that are the norm, but it begins to look like they might share this same fate.
